Oxford Leadership Academy™ provides a comprehensive range of executive development training, in particular leadership development programmes. All have the central aim of supporting leaders to achieve the highest levels of success both within themselves and also throughout their organisation.

Executive Development Programmes and Client Services

Oxford Leadership Academy provides strategic management consultancy and leadership development programmes to assist leaders of organisations in a wide variety of situations. We have extensive experience in facilitating organisational realignment caused by post-merger integration, business revitalisation, expansion or radical changes necessitated by the rapidly changing demands of a global economy.

The Oxford Leadership Academy executive development programmes are not only designed to help leaders guide their organisations through disruptive change; we also work with leaders to help them to make a good company great and to foster a culture of excellence beyond that which they have already achieved.

The core benefit of Oxford Leadership Academy's suite of executive development programmes is achieving new levels of personal insight. This insight enables managers to understand and articulate their own values, purpose and vision and thus become more effective leaders.

In addition to the central suite of business leadership training programmes, Oxford Leadership Academy also provide change management consulting, strategic management consulting and a bespoke diagnostic "organisational culture mapping" service, large group meeting facilitation using Council and WebCouncil technology, and internationally-acclaimed motivational speakers.

Oxford Leadership Development Programme (OLDP)

Organisation-wide process for corporate turnaround and revitalisation. The OLDP can be conducted as a 1, 2 or 3-day residential retreat or in separate modules with a professional facilitator. The support of an experienced Academy coach continues for 90 days after participants have completed the leadership development retreat. The OLDP explores the dynamics of the global economy, adopts a step-by-step approach to the execution of strategy in life and career and helps participants to integrate emotional and spiritual intelligence in a single leadership development programme.

Self-Managing Leadership® (SML)™

 

Participants focus on their "inner compass" and chart the course for the next chapter in their lives The Self Managing Leadership course is a 2-3 day retreat, culminating in a 90+ days personal development programme. Participants will assess their personal values and purpose, identify barriers to progress and develop strategies for overcoming them, and examine the balance between their professional and personal lives
Leaders' Journey The Leaders' Journey provides c-suite executives with a unique and refocusing "time out" to concentrate on how their personal values and purpose will help to build alignment and commitment in their top teams. 3 days, plus travel to Leaders' Journey location Participants, through a series of workshops and reflective enquiry sessions, will build a sense of community with their peers, reflect on the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives, and emerge with an action plan for overcoming personal and organisational barriers.
Strategic Focusing® The Strategic Focusing Programme facilitates corporate turnaround and revitalisation across the whole organisation. The timeline depends on the client need and depth of intervention, but average timescale is between 3-6 months. The Strategic Focusing programme optimises the engagement and accountability of all parts of the organisation in the execution of its strategic focus. Barriers to execution and leadership effectiveness are identified, and team members are aligned around a common (higher) purpose for the team and for the organisation.

MASTER

Executive Development Workshop

The MASTER Executive Development Workshop is an accelerated programme which embeds a methodology for executing business strategy successfully An intensive one-day workshop The one-day MASTER Executive Development Workshop for managers and executives takes participants beyond the more obvious management techniques and works with the subtle and substantive drivers of people's engagement, commitment and accountability. The workshop emphasises the building blocks of effective execution, shows how to define a leader's personal focus and engage the right people in the right conversation at the right time about the few things that make the biggest difference.

Oxford Leadership Youth Programme(OLYP)

The Oxford Leadership Youth Programme is designed to facilitate a process of self-development in which teenagers can explore their strengths and values, prioritise their goals and discover the internal compass they will use to guide them through the next stage of their life.

A two or three-day retreat The programme enables teenagers to learn about themselves through a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor games, journaling, talking to other participants and art.

The core executive development programmes can be tailored to fit an organisation's specific needs. Expected programme length will be built in to the proposal developed in partnership with the client. This 'culture mapping', created with the use of Richard Barrett's revolutionary Cultural Transformation Tools®, enables the organisation's leaders to see whether and where the overriding culture is contrary to strategy. Oxford Leadership Academy's culture mapping identifies the steps leaders must take to gain employee engagement with their strategy, and thus facilitate the execution of effective change within an organisation.
Council™ Meeting Technology Oxford Leadership Academy provides professional meeting facilitation services to organisations requiring support in bringing their management and teams together most effectively and efficiently. We are experts in the use of Council™ electronic dialogue system for important large group meetings and large-scale group executive training. Council™ software provides a fast-cycle feedback system for maximizing the effectiveness of facilitated face-to-face meetings. It produces highly productive engagements by enabling normally 'passive' audiences to become active participants.
